Starbucks Tyler TX – Friendly Service & Consistent Quality Coffee

I had problems with my apps location this morning and my pick up order was placed at another location I was not close to. I immediately called that store and a young lady answered and told me she cannot refund me but if I go to the nearest Starbucks and show my receipt that they would make me a drink. I am used to going to one specific store but found another just a few extra miles down the highway.. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe but this one was very very sweet like they put in something extra. Overall a 3.5.

I love these people and this location! As many other people I have been to my fair share of Starbucks locally and while visiting elsewhere. But this location stands apart. I’ve been coming here regularly since it opened and it’s always got amazing people staffed that are always super sweet and make the best drinks! They always make me feel welcomed and special.

I used to drive all the way from Jacksonville TX, to Tyler TX (35 minute drive) just to have this specific Starbucks every morning! The service is always GREAT, they are so friendly & always greet you with a smile! The drinks are made exactly as hoped & always taste great! I've had many different drinks there & never been disappointed! This Starbucks is definitely my favorite out of Tyler. I will ALWAYS rather drive all the way to the next town over to them than use the one in my own town if that tells you anything!

The staff is chill, the atmosphere is there, and the location is prime. Here than home is better sometimes as the internet works fine and it's an easy place to get work done. The store is clean, the drinks are consistent (good), and the vibe makes it a perfect place to relax or get work done. Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee on the go or sitting down for a bit, this location never disappoints. If I have any call out's on phenomenal customer service, bat's to TJ, Dylan, and Izzy, they kept it going. Highly recommend!

I had trouble remembering the name to my drink and the barista at the window was extremely helpful explaining which one was the one I was searching for and how to order it next time. She is so sweet and really made my morning with her sweet demeanor and patient as well as helpful. I will be coming to this location more often.

Kiser is amazing!!! This location is blessed to have her here!! Always friendly, always gets my order right and you can tell takes pride in her work!!

This is my all time favorite location. I come here to do school work often, and the staff is extremely friendly. The red haired barista, Bex, has memorized my order and every time customizes it to make it better. I cannot commend this place enough for the personal and genuinely caring attitudes of the entire staff, not to mention the super comfy lobby!
